We believe we are the future football agency: one that charges reasonable fees, is transparent in the way it conducts itself and looks after the players, the fans and this beautiful game.

Finding, nurturing and developing players is core to our purpose – their careers matter. We’ll help them make the right choices for them. Not for us!

And then there’s the fans: not only will fans own 25% of The Fans Agency, they will also help us find that new talent. Moreover, they’ll help us decide how and where we spend our grassroots support funding, and as shareholders in the business, there’s the potential to benefit financially. This is about the fans and the game, not the agency.
